ON THE SCENE

Homeland Security was not taking the coastal Easter egg hunts lightly. Officer Tracy was waiting in the woods, the young "spotter ship" captain was diguised as a pre-schooler from Vancouver, there was a lady from the T.V. station and, of course, a casual observer. Officers had found many multi-colored eggs with names written on them (probably codes). There were tufts of rabbit fur found on foliage in the area. It was discovered that Catholic churches in the area, were being used as fronts for Bingo halls. It was also reported that there was an unusually high number of deviled egg sandwiches found in people's lunches the Monday following Easter. Things were looking very suspicious.
It was good to hear that no eggs had exploded during the investigation.
